Your post is...disconnected. I have no idea what you mean. I don't know why my love of poetry has anything to do with it- and quite frankly if I read the poetry thread (which I don't) my love of poetry would only diminish. I haven't looked at it in months- maybe a year. I am sorry I started it. It does not please me. How surprising. Elian's mother was young and careless with him. She nearly killed him. That speaks of selfish desire to me. It is interesting to me that the parents with the 5 year old on board chose to send their child back to shore when the boat had engine trouble. That was responsible. It was not his father's intention that he should go- his father thought he was in school. I would bet money he will tell the ALJ he wants to be with his father- where ever his father happens to be.
