Well, practically all the volume so far has been INCA sitting on the ask and selling shares all day. Obviously a fund had an order in to sell hoping for an earnings run up. I am seeing this more and more lately. All the shares for sale make it impossible for any upward momentum. Many, many more trades at the ask than the bid. They finally got off at 29 1/2, and it appears to be moving up now.
