now down 45%-another rule-a stock can trade higher in the pinks than it does on the otcbb,therefore going into the pinks may not hurt a stock severely and leaving the pinks is sometimes hurtful;also going from one to several mms,contrary to conventional wisdom,may not help and can hurt
