"More correctly you're a computer manuf. who MSFT offers a discount if you bundle ONLY IE with MSFT's OS. You have the decision to bundle NSCP browser with any other OS you sell." A company holding a monopoly position is abusing their power when they do that. Even in America, and the courts agree with me.
