Dear Tony and all: All the competition over servers is in the low end far as I can see. SUNW seems to have no real competition in the high end, at least for now.
HOWEVER, I wish the tech types especially those who have actually worked in the Server/Storage environment would read the press release issued the other day by EMC regarding servers becoming periperhal devices to the central data storage and thus commoditized would comment as to their knowledge and feelings. Scott and company have given NO hint even of any problem like this on the horizon, in fact the opposite. JDN
