Where to start? OK, how about "whens the bleeding going to stop?". To those not chained to a keyboard and modem, again, what bleeding? This stock was about 10 bucks a share 5 whole months ago. That might be an eternity to ya'll, but to people who INVEST its nada. All that craziness over that time period was sure interesting, but to the INVESTOR, meaningless. October '87 wasn't much fun holding AMAT or anything else, but to the INVESTOR meaningless. I'm sorry if the "I want my BMW now " crowd got hurt, but anyone paying attention to Echelon the company would have been bemused by the run to 113, and not at all surprised to the return to some semblance of sanity.
Now, great tarot card reader, I have been at Vegas and witnessed blackjack players have great runs and the oohing and ahhing at their genius impresses one and all. Joe Granville was reknowned as a guru for a while, make a few calls right and they forget all the times you were wrong. Jump in and out of the market or ELON or whatever, knock yourself out, its a big old world. But I"m not impressed a lick, I only care about Echelon long term, because I have a life and its too short to be pouring over charts all day.
