You have 90 days to file a form 10K after the 4th quarter has ended, which would have been March 31, 2000!!! So in effect they were 3 weeks late on their filing which is why they were delisted!!! I spoke with Marc yesterday, and he didn't seem to concerned with the delisting!!! Which to be perfectly honest with you makes me concerned, as I can see no good coming out of being late with a filing of such an important document!!! Especially if they are trying to get listed on the regular Nasdaq exchange!!! I am still holding long, but not quite as strong as I once was!!!<GGG> Scott
