Over on The Biotech Rumour Mill www.tradesmart.com/rumour/rumour/shtml --? there have been some rather sober posts on Cephalon's liklihood of approval from
FDA. Almost all the posts here are from people in the biotech field.
Also Cowen has touted Ceph for at least two years. They are not only
market makers but were also a major underwriter: Hardly a disinter-
ested stance. They just might have a share or two they would like to
sell.
