Exaclty on time the German hands in his paper commenting that he was early but drove around the block for 7 hours so he could be exactly on time. The story title is: How to Use the African Elephant in Warfare "Selbstverst„ndlich, sehr deutsch!" But where is the American? Next day the American rushes in commenting something about the market being closed yesterday and hands in his story, titled: How to Sell Ivory During a Declining Market
