CommanderCricket, I'm not taking any kudos on KEG unless it backfills a bit and lets me back on the merry-go-round. My vote on the APC/APA goes to APA. I continue to be impressed, after watching so many mergers in the patch get the evil eye, with how much the market appears to be liking the UPR/APA deal. The merger does indeed look like a great match. I'm beginning to count how much I left on the table with UPR, which is not a good thing for me to do! Best Regards, Roebear
