JQP-good point on refineries. We are happily assuming things are going to be hunky dory in the delivery system. Glitches are not planned.A couple of problems would set the energy system in a spin.An extended heatwave--refinery fire-nuclear outages--bad hurricane season--cold winter-trouble in mideast-they will all happen sooner or later and the just in time approach will create serious spikes and shortages- Frank
