Something you might want to ponder is the fact that after Global Center is stripped from GBLX, GBLX becomes more of a fiber pure play, notwithstanding the marine division. I'd suggest that much of the capitalization loss you anticipate might be far less, if any, due to the pure play status. I assume that GBLX keeps the fiber assets it acquired from Frontier. Remember, the market cap of GC will likely be at least what GBLX paid for all of Frontier. Just a thought.
