Novartis U.S. Share Listing May 11 Dow Jones Newswires ZURICH -- Novartis AG (Z.NOV) said Thursday it will list on the New York Stock Exchange starting May 11 in the form of American Depositary Shares. The company's ADS is currently traded over the counter in the U.S. at a ratio of 20 to one Novartis-registered share. These ADS's will be split two for one for the NYSE listing so that 40 listed ADS's will then equal one Novartis registered share. Novartis is one of a number of Swiss companies seeking U.S. listings to broaden their base of shareholders beyond Switzerland and Europe. *************** I'm lost. If I have 100 shares now.
