Sign. Yes and Yes. Bought 10 (5 pre-split) at $5 last November. The option climbed steadily along with the stock. I really like GMST, so I always thought I would exercise and keep the stock. Most of option's value was dropped in a few days. I was always afraid if I sell my positions, I would be out of a run which seemed so likely. That was when I was struggling with the question of wash sale. I was very bearish on the whole market. Just did not think MY stocks were going to drop that much :-). There is a lesson in all this.

Buying something is far easier than selling at the right time.
