Petz,
I use Brown & Co, and Muriel Siebert.
Brown requires 100% of the total stock cost to be in the account. They are very conservative in how they handle margin accounts, as they require twice as much equity in the account as your broker.

Siebert requires about 25% (I am not sure the exact amount) of the stock cost to be in the account. Their policy is more liberal, but they charge more commissions. So Siebert requires about half of the requirement of your broker.
