hello scoobey-do,

if you are looking to me to defend mgt i can't nor would i. i couldn't agree more. the lame excuse of mgt is building a business instead of filing the proper forms is garbage too. number priority should be for a company to become fully reporting. a pink sheet stock only helps the mm's imho. very few go north for a sustained period of time. the sec seems to be more responsive these days to "e" companies so maybe it won't be long now. good luck,
