Dear brownu88: I sure dont want to get into a MSFT bashing thread here, but if you think that the DoJ is a tool of SUNW and only attacked MSFT at McNealy's wish you certainly give Scott credit for a lot of power. I should point out that 19 states, plus the EC, PLUS the DofJ have found fault in MSFT business practices and there were MANY witnesses to back them up. But lets not argue that on this thread. I own substantial (for me) amounts of SUNW and EMC stock and I think both companies are excellent in their respective fields and that both will excell in the future. JDN
