That was something that was talked about when the joint venture was announced. Not sure why? Certainly, Intel has/was/is looking to expand beyond CPU's. They do have other arrangements with ARM, I believe, to work with DSP cores. Logically, it would seem to fit into INTC's world very nicely - expanding markets for analog and DSP! Jim
