I see GTK has bought a stake in an internet encryption company to help them with a possible entry into internet gaming.

But what will they do with their existing infrastructure? Internet lotto sales will just scavenge sales from their "old economy" infrastructure.

Also, since they are a major player in lotto sales they won't be able to partner with other providers as an internet gaming services consultant.
