Pat,
I have a target of $7 within one year. I am expecting the company to benefit from the sale of esupport.com and the subsequent investments in additional ecommerce companies with the proceeds at an adjusted buy in price near 25% of each company's IPO price.
IMO, We need to see the closing of this deal, the announcement from the company of its current positions that have yet to be announced and the additional companies that they will invest in with the proceeds from the sale of esupport.
Ref earnings: During the first qtr just ended, revenue from esupport will be included in the qtr and the following qtr until the date of the sale. We will probably see a gain from the sale of esupport during this qtr ( 2nd qtr if the deal closes ). I am expecting the company to take their final amortization charge during the first qtr so the 2nd qtr gain should be a good one.
After the sale of Esupport.com, TSSW will have at least 12 million in cash ( $6.5 Million my est. from Sale / $2.5 million from sale of Pref to PTEC and about 3 Million in current cash and investments ). Company is currently selling for less than its cash ( Assuming the deal is approved. I would also expect the company ( CEO ) to increase his investor relation outreach efforts once the deal is completed.
