Refresh of where we are and a rough estimate of what will be happening over the next few months:

First week of May: Road construction to the Luicho property is completed. Construction of access roads/ drill pad sites begins. This is expected to take 4-6 weeks to complete. Drilling will begin after 4 weeks as drill pad construction continues.

May 2-5, 2000: PFG participates at the Fourth International Gold Symposium in Lima Per£. Technical Conference. ekeko1.rcp.net.pe Tom Shrake, Dave Ernst and Peter Dilles will do a 20-30 minute presentation (geological map of the Luicho property will be part of their discussion).

May (more than likely included with the mid-May release): Financing announced

Mid-May: News release regarding construction of drill pads, further surface sampling results and notification of date drilling is scheduled to commence.

End of May: (1-1.5 hour) information sessions provided to investors over a 3-4 day period in Vcr, Cgy and Tor. I will try to get definitive dates.

May 31/June 1: PFG invited to attend NY conference. iiconf.com

First week of June: Drilling begins at Luicho with one RC drill, 2nd drill arrives 10-14 days later and begins drilling (minimum 35-40 300m holes) (minimum 12,000 meters). First results are expected approximately 4 weeks after drilling commences.

June:Analyst tour(s) of the Luicho property begin as drilling takes place.

early July: First drill results and column leach test results are released. Diamond drill arrives to continue drilling.
