Yeah, I have been thinking the same thing. And the talking heads - especially that know it all bi@#ch Kathleen Hayes - discuss how the indicators are still poor and more rate increases are neccessary. Are these guys really that stupid as to think that a rate increase has an immediate effect on slowing the ecomony? This is steering an oil tanker. If they stopped steering now they might hit it dead on... but if they steer to the point that they think we need to be heading we'll drift past it and perhaps into a recession.

It's insane to look at recent numbers and suggest that rates changes are having no effect IMO. I think we have to wait at least another 5-6 months to see where we are. The risk of more rate changes are far greater than not changing rates at this point. Again. all JMO.
