BOGOTA, Colombia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 27, 2000--El Sitio, Inc. (NASDAQ:LCTO), the Internet media company, announced the launch of its Colombian Web site (www.elsitio.com/elsitio/colombia) at a special event in the country's capital, attended by Latin American celebrities. The Colombian site is the seventh country-specific site in El Sitio's network, which also hosts local sites in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, the United States, Uruguay, and a global site.
