Radical replacemant theology ..... radical dispensationalism ..... Oh, Emile, Emile, Emile! ... Will your theology save you? ... Does your theology give you joy, peace or that Saboth rest spoken of in Hebrews ......... Love is sound theology?
"And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing." (I COR 13:2)
"He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him. But he that hateth his brother is in darkness, and walketh in darkness, and knoweth not whither he goeth, because that darkness hath blinded his eyes." (I JON 2:10-11)
Tonight, I looked into the eyes of my new Grandchild. I realized that just as he is helpless to comprehend my world, So I stand helpless to comprehend my God's world. I have diligently studied God's word. I have argued both sides of most theologies. But I am here to confess that my perception of this world is too limited to do anything but bow humbly before my God seeking (in faith) his love and mercy.
"I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. But this thou hast, that thou hatest the DEEDS of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate." (REV 2:2-6)
God hates the DEEDS not the people.
