THE DEAL: I was out of HMTT as from the results of the quarter, which was one of the bleakest, non-forward-optimistic results I can remember (from any company) In seeing I had missed the benefit of the proposed merger, my first reaction was that I had missed the real opportunity. However, in looking at the terms of the deal, I have to say that I am just as happy to take my losses and move on. Maybe this will cure me of being too much of a bottom fisher! Good luck to those of you who remain. Maybe in the long term things will pan out, but there seem to me to be much better opportunities in many, many different directions. Best wishes, Jim
