Hello Folks:

The following press release was made by Band-Ore on Wednesday.

Band-Ore Grants Option To Explorers Alliance Corp. On VMS Property

Band-Ore Resources Ltd. wishes to announce that it has granted Explorers Alliance Corporation (EAC) an
option to earn a 70% interest in 23 mining claims and one mining lease in Denton Township. The property is
situated approximately 2 km west of Band-Ore's Thorne gold property and approximately 20 km west of the city
of Timmins, Ontario.

Historical exploration in Denton Township has been for gold, but recent work by Explorers Alliance and others
has demonstrated that the rock units in the area are prospective for volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS)
deposits. Assay results of 4880 ppm zinc over 5 metres in the area of the property support EAC's theory.

EAC has recently completed a spectral induced polarization survey on the property and their adjoining ground
and a drilling program is scheduled to commence in May.

To earn its interest EAC must make cash expenditures totaling $200,000 and deliver $80,000 of EAC shares to
the Company.
