From a business prospective all businesses should be giving the customer top notch service.

These banks make hundreds of millions each quarter, and a lot of these past record quarters are from people like YOU and ME trading stocks.

The Canadian regulations have to change. We need the USA style of on-line trading, instant. None of these middle man stuff. (Banks have no control over this, but they can pressure regulators)

My fastest on-line trade was under 10 minutes, my longest was 58 minutes, and I saved hard copies for proof.

If we were legally allowed to have an account in the USA and use the US on-line brokers, you would see things change overnight in Canada. But we don't have that competition.

This is a service industry, I don't care what they have to do, or how much they have to spend, I want good service, PERIOD!
