"treated like dogs in the kennels of the migra" - ah, you've noticed this bit of hypocrisy among the AmerikaFirsters who have pressured for total power by the INS to beat back a people from whom the land was stolen and is to this day occupied in violation of the terms of the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, and at the same time in attempting to make brownie points against a dictator they don't like they seek to keep a son from his father.

Can this be of our species? - americanpatrol.org

But there are other americans -

"Kenney, in a speech on the House floor, referred to a 1996 INS
raid at a Sunnyside, Yakima County, food processer in which 39
people were deported, most of them to Mexico. Seventeen were
mothers, and they weren't permitted to make arrangements for the
care of their children before they were deported, Kenney said.
There also were reports of detainees not being informed of their
right to a deportation hearing.

"Because people are brown, they (INS agents) have rounded
them up and not let them go home to get their papers" to prove
they are here legally, Kenney added.
