That part of your post is 100 % true. And, in fact, some of the repubs, who are now railing against Reno, have absolutely no problem with using that type of force against unauthorized immigrants. They have given the attorney general near plenary powers with regard to "illegals."

Now, these "freedom loving" repubs get to see up front and close what government power is. I hope they are embarrassed.

Maybe some good will come out of this, but the polls say otherwise.
