IMHO,

That judge can not show anyone who is the boss. That is not his job.

It sounds like you think just because the judge/government is upset, MSFT should turn out the lights and run to a corner wimpering.

If you really think the judge needs to show who the boss is then is he a real judge or is this whole thing one big pissing match?

If you really think the judge needs to show who the boss is then is this about law or bruised ego's?

If you really think the judge needs to show who the boss is then it is he who demonstrates "childish 'tantrum' behaviour" as you so eloquently pen it.

When and if this judge and the DOJ act unreasonably, the appeals court will slap them down as in the past. It would be my greatest wish for the court to get pissed and get out of control, to so clearly show the weakness and vindictivness of their position.

Mr. Gates & MSFT stand firm on principle; you are blinking and apparently worried about your investment. The market is open, you are free to choose to sell. MSFT on principle is fighting to maintain the freedom to innovate.

Lastly, Mr. Balmer as a US citizen has the right under the Bill Rights to Freedom of Speech. Your position would amount to self censure.
