With today's court WIN for artists and Copyrighted material in general and resulting loss by Mp3.com, a solution must be promoted to allow for immediate and easy secure and LEGAL downloading of music.

Sandisk could provide this with an announcement that SD secure flashcaards are now shipping.

To promote the SD flashcard rollout, Sandisk might want to consider sponsering a world tour by hot young groups like Backstreet Boys and N'Sync. A big Sandisk banner up above the stage, brightly-colored and stylish MP3/SD players and Sandisk SD cards for sale at the gate right by the T-shirt and other merchandise sales. Get that Sandisk name drilled into their young heads.

These kids today often have a lot money to spend on these types of items. The exposure of such an immpressionable group of young people (12-16 year old girls) at these particular concerts could pay off for Sandisk 's name-recognition for years. After all, Budweiser has sponsered concerts for years (I think Eric Clapton and Metallica were some).

Sandisk might also consider sponsering a Limp Bisket or Korn tour to get the teen boy audience.
