Then why bother to keep the records of ownership in that bond offering private? If they were just looking for international capital, WHY KEEP THE LIST PRIVATE? Comon. Even a child can see that the bond offering was just one big money laundering scheme. You think crime on a scale this big doesnt happen? Ever hear of the russian IMF payment theft and subsequent laundering through the bank of new york? I always find it funny that the largest internet retailer was financed with money that nobody knows the origin of. And I thought this was a public company? -------------------- The more likely reason why AMZN sold its bonds offshore was because there was no interest left domestically for additioanl capital injections into the company.
