Sorry I misunderstood your last note.

The rule of law, and order, is suffering. When that suffers, as it is in Cuba, the people suffer.

Let's hope that we can delay a final ruling, from the courts, for at least 5 years. By then, perhaps we can get Elian's entire family over from Cuba, or, if sooner, perhaps Castro will be dead from syphilis before the final judgement.
