Yes, at one time, long ago, before the Cuban exiles became a strong force in America, Castro allowed families to be split, the children to America, the parents to suffer back in Cuba.

His father being Castro or Juan? What portion of the rule about the Cuban government owning all children, do you not understand? What part of the rule that Castro controls everything that Juan says, don't you understand?
