MPPP got trashed today on a copyright infringment ruliing made today. Going for 7 bucks in the aftermarket. Companies got 5.5/share in cash (370 mil) in the bank and burns 3mil/qtr, off its high of 109/share. Leader in field, with a enterprise value (MV less cash) of 125mil. This is a play on what will come out of the courts. Injunction due in two weeks with dammages to be determined later, followed by appeal, yada, yada, yada. Worst case......well. Better case......2-4X A gamble, surely with perhaps a high payout. mad2
