tpboxster While I don't profess to know anything about ONI or their IPO, it may surprise you to know that not everyone is sleazy. Some people will actually not participate in scams, schemes, underhanded maneuvers or unethical behavior even if it is legal. For some people even the appearance of a conflict of interest is enough to have them disqualify themselves from making a decision. Any company that allows an employee to receive bribes allows that employee to steal money that should be the shareholders. This may be a difficult concept for some to accept but it is true. GR
