My only concern with them is their mfg. contraint. I would jump on board immediately again at almost any price if I heard they were licensing out their patented SiC mfg. processes. hey lady where ya been, i believe siemens produces some SiC under license from cree...believe it had to be done because vw and audi wanted a second source available before committing to using SiC LEDs in dashboards. did you see the pru and BofA reports this week? they think cree is ahead of schedule to increase production by another 5x "this year" thread scuttlebutt says building due to be completed in oct will be ready in august....one due in june is on schedule...also heard cree told one key supplier to expect a large equipment order in june(after placing an order for june delivery)...also heard that site planning has begun on cree's other 80 acres for more expansion. and cree has the cash to pay for all of it. uw
