Mr. P$nk, As He is in the market for prime real estate in the underworld and Jean-Philippe is in need of some quick cash, perhaps He would be interested in purchasing this property. Subject 22086 As this is peak gourd planting season, Jean-Philippe must turn this deal quickly and therefore has taken full page advertisements in Haretz and the Napeauge Letter. JP plans to flood the market this year so it will be possible to maintain a steady income from not growing gourds next year, fulfilling a lifelong dream.
