Len, this guy spammed 5 threads in the space of 5 minutes trying to promote the sale of a stock he was invested in. IMO, this type of behavior is the worst that happens on these threads, and must be stopped immediately, and violently, whenever it happens.
If you don't stop it right away, it bloats to the point that the thread is unreadable.
We would not get caught, but this type of promoting has caused a lot of beginners to invest, and lose, a lot of money in the last few years, on investment threads.
I have no way of knowing MF's motives, but we always assume the worst, and you will notice his violent response to Chaz's post.
He is out of business on SI for a few days, and, if he does it again, he will sleep with the fishes forever, as far as SI is concerned. |
