I'm on the MSFT conference call now. Bill, Steve and their legal counsel are all very firm that this remedy is way beyond the scope of the case and completely illogical. They clearly state that it would be very damaging to the consumer. Steve again, pounded the table, stating 'Microsoft WILL NOT BE BROKEN UP'. I believe him 100%. This remedy will be looked back on as a JOKE. Dave
