Scot,

I'm in Canada.. here's how we settle things like this. The CEO of Netscape and the CEO of Microsoft would have played a game of hockey. The winner would get 1 point.

Then they would have a drinking contest. The winner getting one point.

The person least able to function the next day losses a point.

The end result (let's say netscape's CEO won) is that Netscape would get it's way and Microsoft would back off ;)
