ÿRe :: Mp3.COM GUILTY OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT Napster's business model is even more outlandishly Copyright Infringing than MP3.com's. Napster makes $$$ money by ad banner hits by directly allowing and promoting the stealing and traffic of Copyrighted material. These Pirate-enabling IPO's are DEAD. In addition to the Civil suits already in progress, I wouldn't be too suprised in seeing some jail time in actual criminal cases handed out for those involved in Napster when everything's all said and done
