I'm tired of the feds wasting my tax money on multi-billion-dollar investigations of successful companies who have succeeded simply by giving the public what the public demands and wants and spends money to buy. If anyone can do it better than MSFT in terms of building and marketing a better mousetrap, why didn't they do it? Last I knew, we still had a free enterprise system here in America. However, I cannot resist making one exception to this disdain for federal intervention.....and that is the Justice Dept. inquiry into HOMS. Many people who know a LOT about that company are dancing in the streets at the news that some people high up in government see a potential problem there. The inquiry is well-deserved, and where there is smoke, sometimes fire is found.
