Maybe it's a bit of both, but whatever it is, it is at least contained within the accounting division, and has not contaminated (to date) their engineering.

If you add management to accounting then I agree totally. The company seems to have a great engineering department. I hope that management is providing them incentives to stay through this mess.

Someday this will all be resolved.
