It doesn't matter to me what their law is. I believe the internal matters of countries are internal. I do not believe in interfering. Internal disruptions- be it mass murder or civil war- is a matter for that countries populace to address. It is only when countries aggress on their neighbors that I personally believe interference is justified.

I like my policies non-emotional and easy to enforce. I don't want America to be the judge, jury and executioner of world behavior, at least not of countries internal world behavior (have you any idea how many badly behaved countries there are out there- many of them MUCH worse than Cuba from a human rights perspective). And I don't want us interfering externally unless we have regional support.
