"you all are in soo much denial..." We aren't in denial. We know that that Microsoft was found guilty. We just believe that the ruling is inaccurate. The majority believes that the ruling will be overturned on appeal. When it all comes down, no opinion matters until the appeal ends, so criticizing other opinions isn't worth it. I don't think it hurts to talk about what/why things might happen, though.
