Just a FYI- The way you fight a patent is to claim that the patent office was incorrect in issuing the patent, in other words to claim they are invalid. Happens all the time- thats what the courts are for. I'm a little leery of shorting EEEE at these levels, but am considering it. Stocks can go up a long ways before it finally sinks in that the business model is a failure. Eric
