Susan, I decided to check out the new store, so we went to the store in Van Nuys. This time I only bot 5 doz.(4 doz glazed & 1 doz. cream filled donuts. yea, one doz was free) Guess it is because 7 in the evening, I didn't see that many customers. No lines at all. Actually more employees than customers. One other thing, I was disappointed with the quality of donuts there. I didn't know what was wrong at first, but I could not eat more than 3 glazed donut. (quite unusal) Later I finally figured out. Unlike the one in orange county, the frying oil was not fresh. It gave me greasy feeling with bad after taste.... We have a quality control problem here. Think I'll send another e-mail to KREM headquarter...
