ProVista HCA, located at the PABN headquarters in Hauppauge, is alleged to be the predecessor of PanAmerican Healthcorp, with Ray Gamble being the chief of staff.

Prior to this being named in the suit I've never seen it mentioned before. I wonder how long ago in the past this existed. Also, was this originally a part of the PanAm, LLC? Was Ray Gamble always a part of this group, since it's inception, the LLC? Or was he connected to another outfit which was the ProVista and he brought this to PanAm?

Also, I note the amount appears to highlight an amount of $30K. This was the number Ernie said his group lost out on in dealing with Ray and Healthcorp. And in his claims he thought the time frame was October/November of 1998, so....why would they name a predecessor to Healthcorp?
