The original contract was with ProVista HCA in 1998. According to the papers the name changed to PanAmerican Healthcorp in 1999. Both entities were under the PABN parent company. There's no discovery yet - the defendants have until May 8 to respond.

I suspect this is the same suit that Ernie talked about. The $30K is in reference to a deposit for services under the contract that were never performed.
